I remember when I decided to switch to a dairy-free diet first. I gave myself permission to have cheese pizza every once in a while because I was not sure if I could ever drop it completely. Shockingly, after a few weeks of dropping it completely, I did not crave it anymore.
Remember the trend where we would see spirulina being used in everything from ice creams to cookies in the name of health?
Morning workouts are better than evening?
Well anytime is a good time honestly. So the first priority must be to ensure you fit your workout time based on your lifestyle so you do not skip it.
“But I only want to reduce belly fat”. “My arms, Roshni! Do something only to help me tone my arms”. Oh if I were to get a tad bit of a bitcoin for every time someone asked me to help them with spot reduction!
