Nut Mylk: Half the calories and no cholesterol when compared to dairy milk! This is a great and much healthier alternative to dairy milk. Feel store bought soy or almond mylk is too expensive? Try making nut mylk at home then! Peanut/ rice and oats mylk are the cheapest alternatives and cost half the price of dairy mylk.
Almond/ cashew come a little more expensive but taste fantastic! - 1 tbps peanut butter
- 1 tbps cacao powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond mylk
- Blend all and enjoy.
