Vegan Chocolate Figs Smoothie Recipe
Figs: Fresh figs work best for this smoothie, however, if you do not have access to fresh figs, don’t hesitate to use dried once. Figs are backed with essential micro nutrients and fiber. Figs keep a check on your sugar levels, controls your blood pressure and even beneficial in protecting the body against cancer!
High soluble fibre in figs will also help protect you against common cold and sore throats.
- 1 tbps cacao powder (or chocolate protein powder)
- 3-4 figs
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbps almond mylk
- 1 tbps almond butter
- 1 tbps hemp seeds
- Blend all and enjoy (perfect breakfast!)
