Vegan Carrot Coriander Smoothie Recipe
Carrot: Did you know if you ate too many carrots you would turn Orange! Well not really, but the beta- carotene’s in carrots will trigger the production of Vitamin A production in the body thus giving you a glowing completion.
Besides that, carrots have tons of vitamin C, which has been the secret ingredient in beauty products across the globe for centuries now. Vitamin C helps clear skin of blemishes and acne. It is also a great cure for oily skin!
- 3 carrots (pealed and boiled)
- 1 cup coriander
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 thumb ginger
- 2 stalks for fresh parsley
- pepper and salt to taste
- 2 tbps coconut cream
- water to blend
- Blend all and warm up before eating- Perfect for winter nights!
