Vegan Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe
Berries: These could not be a better source of antioxidant that berries. Berries also contain essential minerals and vitamins that help the body get rid of free radicles. When we exercise, the body creates micro tissue tears and releases toxins in the blood stream. If these are not washed out, it could lead to inflammation. Berries help reduce inflammation and get rid of free radicles while also repairing the system.
Do not hesitate to use frozen berries when fresh once are not available during season.
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup almond mylk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbps flaxseeds
- Blend all and enjoy.
