Add peanut curd and water in bowl and blend using a hand blender for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and coriander leaves and set aside.
Add all paste ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth paste. Set the paste aside.
Add in the paste and ¼ cup water. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
