1/2 tsp paprika/ red chilli powder (You can also add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder)
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped beetroot
1 cup roughly chopped romaine lettuce
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add blended whole lemon, date paste, miso paste, cumin seeds, vinegar, red chilli powder/ paprika and whisk all the ingredients together.
To this add in chopped carrots, cooked chickpeas and quinoa. Mix till all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing. Add in more veggies like beetroot and lettuce.
Toss them one final time and serve this fresh! You can also store this in the refrigerator and serve cold!
