- To a food processor, add pitted dates, walnuts and rolled oats.
Mix till the ingredients are combined well.
To this add flaxseed meal, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence. Mix them again till they form a crumbly texture.
Scrape the sides of the food processor and blend again as required.
Use a fruit scoop, scoop tiny portions of oats and shape them into round-flat pieces as shown in the picture.
Your oat bites are now ready! Store these in an airtight container and have it all month!
