Fudgy Brownie Recipe
- 100 grams, pitted dates
- 50 grams, walnuts
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Add in dates and walnuts to a food processor and mix till they form a crumbly texture.
Add in almond butter and mix again.
Add in cacao powder and mix one last time.
Scrap the sides of the food processor, transfer the brownie mix to a mould.
Press the mix firmly. Transfer this to the refrigerator. Allow the brownie to rest for 2-4 hours and then dig in!
