½ head of broccoli, chopped into florets
2 onions, chopped roughly
3-4 pods garlic
1/2 an inch ginger, chopped
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
2 green chillies
Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water
Add in all ingredients in a deep pot except for nutritional yeast and boil for 8 minutes or till the broccoli are tender.
Strain excess water and add everything to a blender with water as required and nutritional yeast.
Blend to a smooth Creamy texture.
Transfer the soup to a pan and cook for 1 minute.
Top the soup with fresh microgreens. Serve with healthy breads and dig in!
