This low sodium recipe is ranked Grade A on my nutrition chart for it procures necessary vitamins and minerals required by the body to function.
Ideally, this salad must be consumed on a daily basis. One could always add extra antioxidant rich ingredients like oranges, cranberries and avocado to serve this as a light meal or as a vibrant side-dish.
2 cups watercress
1 cup baby tomatoes
1 cup capsicum
1 cup chopped apples
Dressing: Tahini
Mix it all in and sprinkle some salt and pepper
