This Kale and Peanut Trinity Salad are healthy. Both Kale and Peanut are nutrient-dense with

these two nutritional ingredients, you have got carrots, peppers, many more in this recipe.
The dressing for this nutrient salad has components such as olive oil, garlic, and raw honey.

1 Cup of kale
1 Cup cooked brown rice
1 Cup boiled chickpeas
1/4 Cup chopped onions
1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
1/4 Cup chopped peanuts
1/2 Cup pomegranate
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Chilli vinegar
1 tsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Peanut butter
1/4 cup Almond milk1.
1. Chop kale into tiny pieces and give it a good massage.
2. Hand blend all the dressing Ingredients.
3. Toss together the salad and dressing ingredients and serve.
