Most people tend to skip meals because of always being in a hurry. These bite sized energy balls are quick to make and store well for a few days. They can literally be considered as energy on- the go because they are packed with calories and essential nutrients. Make a batch over the weekend for a quick 4 pm pick- me- up snack or even a grab- and - go breakfast option.
- 1 Cup Raw Cashew
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 200 Grams Dates (De-seeded)
- 50 Grams Dried Rasins
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- Blend in a food processor and make small balls.
- No need to use any water. The oil from nuts is enough.
- Blend of good 15 minutes till you get a paste like consistency.
Stores well for 5-7 days with refrigerator and a fantastic option for energy on the go.
