enthusiasts, hikers, working professionals, and anyone looking for a quick but delicious snack.

Granola is high in calories, fibre, protein, and micronutrients. It also contains
magnesium, iron, selenium, B vitamins, vitamin E, zinc, and copper. However, the
nutritional profile of granola varies greatly depending on the specific ingredients used to
make it.
Granola made with dried fruits or sweeteners will have more sugar, nut, and seed-based
varieties. Therefore, they will have more protein. While those made with whole grains
will have more fibre. The nutrients of granola vary depending on the ingredients. Yet,

These homemade granola bars will help aid in weight loss, lowering cholesterol levels,

These healthy, no-bake granola bars can be prepared with just five ingredients that presents a sweet,
crunchy texture.
8-10 soft dates
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 mixed seeds (pumpkin, flax, chia, sunflower, hemp)
Baking paper
1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
1 tsp spice powder mix (cardamom, cinnamon, dry ginger and clove)
Soak the dates for 15 min in hot water and blend into a paste.
To the date paste add Cocoa powder and give it a mix.
Add in the rolled oats and mixed seeds.
Mix all the ingredients and spread the mix on a baking paper/ tray.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut and spice mix.
