Chia Matcha Pudding Recipe
Directions
Mix 3 tbsp chia seeds and 1/4 cup coconut yogurt in 1 cup of almond milk.
Add 1 tbsp matcha powder in 2 tbsp of hot water and mix.
Add the matcha mix to the almond milk.
Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Add in the dragon fruit, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve!
