3 Seed Cracker
1 cup gram flour or almond flour
¼ cup freshly ground flax seed powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Spices: 1 tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, pinch of ajwain seeds
Salt to taste
¼ cup water
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
Add ¼ cup water and combine all the ingredients till a small dough is formed. Add more water if required
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree celsius
Line a baking paper on a flat surface and place the dough on it. Gently press and flatten the dough. Cover the dough with another baking paper.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a flat circle. Ensure the corners are not very thin.
Score the flattened dough into small squares using knife.
Transfer the baking sheet onto a tray and bake these crackers for 20 minutes flipping them half way through.
Once done, set them aside until they cool down
Serve these crackers with fresh dips and store them in airtight containers for up to 5 days
