Vegan Pistachio Dates Smoothie Recipe
Pistachio: This smoothie is only to spoil you with a burst of flavor. Also one of my few recipes that is infact very high in fats. Though healthy fats, I suggest to keep the intake of this smoothie low even though it will keep you wanting for more.
Pistachio’s are of course great to get your daily dose of fats in, but also contain a whole lot of vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, zinc, cooper, potassium, calcium, sodium etc. Careful though, even a handful can add up calories real fast.
Blend all and enjoy!
- 5-6 pitted and boiled dates
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbps maple syrup
- 20 grams pistachios
- ½ cup walnut mylk
- ½ tbps pistachio (or almond) butter
- Blend all and enjoy!
