Vegan Kesar Pista Smoothie Recipe
Kesar: Saffron adds a vibrant and fun colour to any dish but is also great to detoxify the body. It helps repair damaged cells and tissues and also promotes new tissue growth.
Saffron also increases vitality and the presence of micro nutrients and vitamins in it has more than one specific benefits. Note though, do not over use saffron as too much in this case can be too bad.
- 10-12 pistachio seeds
- 1 cup coconut mylk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 10-15 strands kesar (saffron)
- 1 tbps dates syrup
- 1 tbps sabja seeds
- Blend all and enjoy!
