Fad diets like Keto diet and Atkins diet that help you with weight loss, just help you to get rid of body water. These will give you a temporary difference in the scale that bounces back soon.
Therefore, focus on fat loss and not on weight loss. The right nutrition, right amount of training and a few important lifestyle changes are some essential steps to lose fat.
