Spot reduction is a myth. There is no workout in the world that makes you lose fat in just one particular area.
One the same hand there are various type of workouts which can speed up the fat-burning process in “WHOLE BODY”
One of my favourites is High-Intensity Interval Training aka HIIT.
Here are 5 benefits of HIIT (Other than burning fat).
Reduce Blood Sugar.
Improve Oxygen Consumption.
Reduce resting heart rate and blood pressure.
HIIT is any form of training that boosts your resting heart rate by 70- 80%. HIIT is usually done only a few times per week and highly effective. I would suggest easing into this though and not try to do too much at the same time.
So go out there and add CrossFit, Zumba, sprinting, or even HIIT burpees in your workout regime.
