Another hack to healthy eating.

A lifestyle change I highly recommend you follow.
Plan meals in advance.
This one trick has helped me so much to stay on track. My grocery shopping is limited to twice a week based on the meals I plan for the week.
Here is why it is important to make a weekly menu in advance.
1. Improve your nutrition:
We all know the importance of adding green leafy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, fruits and lentils to our meals. But often forget to incorporate them for weeks together. Planning your meals in advance gives you an opportunity to go over your nutritional needs and incorporate different food groups.
2. Make healthier choices:
If you have to come up with something to eat last minute, you'll find yourself reaching for your phone to Swiggy. As a result, you are most likely to end up exceeding your daily calorie and sodium intake! Having your pantry full and a plan of action will help you make better choices.
3. Better quality ingredients:
Buying something last minute from your local grocery store mostly means it’s not fresh. Planning to shop on days when fresh produce arrives gives you access to better quality ingredients.
4. Save money
How often have you thrown stuff out of the fridge because you did not plan well. You can create meal plans that specifically allow you to use up whatever you have in your cupboards.
5. Save time
Your set grocery lists will prevent you from wandering around the grocery store aimlessly and your meal plans will save you from having to think about what to eat every day.
Now take action today. Make a sample 3 day plan and mail me the same. Here are a few recipe idea’s for you.
