How ACV Helps in Fat Loss?
There is a particular enzyme in the body called AMPK that is very important for fat loss. AMPK is referred to as the fat controller of the body. Ideally, our body prefers to use energy from the food we eat to function.
But AMPK on the other hand, boost the bodies ability to stop storing fat and start burning stored fat.
Vinegar also controls the blood sugar spike you get from a meal. Traditionally, if you explore Asian cultures, rice was always served with vinegar. Asian salads also have a splash of balsamic vinegar.
When to take it?
Since vinegar does help control the glucose spike you experience after a meal, it is best to take this along with your meals.
How to take it?
Vinegar is very strong and never to be consumed by itself. Instead, dilute the same with water, or add a spoonful to your salad’s and soups with your meals.
You can alternatively mix 1 tbsp of vinegar with a glass of water, splash some lime and plain soda for a fresh lime soda to have with your meals. Make sure to rinse your mouth after because vinegar is too strong for your teeth.
How much to take?
Just one tbsp with your main meals (bringing up to two to three tbsp per day) is more than enough. Too much of anything can be too bad for the system. Any type of vinegar works, but I suggest you select a good quality one such as organic apple cider or balsamic.
