Why Vegans Should Have A Lot Of Spinach?

I generally have spinach as my last meal of the day and for various reasons…

Spinach is an excellent source of carotenoids (precursor to Vitamin A, which is almost not found at all in a vegan diet)…

Spinach is also loaded with iron, helping the red blood cells transport O2 in the body…

Spinach also helps me a lot with pre menstral bloating (always eat cooked spinach though)… It fights against water retention and keeps the digestive track clean (thus clear skin!)

Here I mixed spinach with corn to keep my food tasty!
