Fitness Influencers: Are they actually motivating you?

Don’t try and look like that model in the cover of the magazine you saw. The model in the magazine also does not look like the model in the cover of the magazine.

Yes strive to be the perfect version of you and wake up everyday bettering yourself but don’t set unrealistic standards. You will wake up feeling bloated some days and can’t feel your abs show, you will wake up craving food you should not eat. Binge eat some days and see your waist go up. You might not fit well into your favourite tank some days or have a bad hair day. But that’s real life! You are beautiful- faults and all. Smile inspite
